The serene picture of a young girl blowing on a dandelion flower-sending its leaves into the air to float past animals before and into the branches of a tall oak tree will now greet visitors to downtown Vacaville. The mural is courtesy of the paintbrush of a Virginia-based artist named, Cheyenne Renee Marcus and some behind-the-scenes work from City Councilman, Jason Roberts and real estate brokers, Shea and Mark McGuire.
