You can also make your diaper an AI2 by using PUL as the outer layer and the snap down rise option. Need to pack in more absorbent fabric in your diaper? Make a Fold-Over Flap style out of an absorbent fabric and add in the soaker/booster combo. This style will need a cover.This easy to sew diaper pattern will make a fitted diaper that will fit a small chunky baby starting around 20 pounds on up to an older child in the 55-70+ pound range. This pattern has been extensively tested on babies, toddlers and children age 7 months through 8 years of age in all sizes in the fit range.
