Original Instructor Belt

As the review states I have had the same belt for 15 years. I am here finally replacing it not because it is not serviceable in my opinion, but simply because the velcro has been worn out for a good year. I cannot recommend this belt enough as I have not needed another for at least 15 years. I seldom use the D-Ring clip except for securing my dogs leash when he's on one but it's gotten me down some emergency rappels and def seen use in more than a handful of leisure type scenarios, ranging from clipping into a line on a hike to doing a short rappel into a crevasse to explore which I wouldnt recommend unless I know you and your skill set. Essentially do not use this product as a climbing harness replacement or in a way other than intended but knowing it's limitations and what safety features it can quickly provide in a vast array of scenarios can mean life or death for more people than you would think.
