The all-in-one girdle comes with an attached adjustable bra for full control, comfort on your shoulders & back support. For lower compression, we suggest ordering one size up (this will convert it to a stage one faja). As the swelling reduces from post-surgery you may reduce the size for higher compression (this converts it to stage two and three faja; we offer alterations).
